How to Use

Introduce the carrier slowly before the first outing — pets who explore it at home first travel far more calmly.

  1. Open the top zip fully and place a familiar blanket or your pet's favourite toy inside along with the padded mat. Leave it open at home for a few sessions and let them explore before the first trip.
  2. Gently place your pet inside through the top opening and clip the internal safety tether to their collar or harness.
  3. Zip the top closed and check that the bubble dome is secure. Slip your arms through the padded straps and adjust for a snug, even fit across your back.
  4. During travel, check on your pet periodically through the dome. If they seem distressed, take a short break and let them settle before continuing.
  5. After use, remove the padded base mat and hand wash or spot clean. Wipe the dome and exterior with a damp cloth.
