REFUND & RETURN POLICY

We want you and your pet to be completely happy with your purchase. If you're not satisfied, we're here to help.
RETURNS
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. To be eligible:
- Item must be unused and in original packaging
- Tags must be intact
- You must have proof of purchase (order number)
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Items that have been used or damaged by the customer
- Consumable products (food, treats, supplements) once opened
- Items purchased during special sale events (marked as final sale)
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. Share your order number and reason for return
3. We'll confirm and share the return address
4. Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund
REFUNDS
- Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method
- COD orders will be refunded via bank transfer or UPI
DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We will replace or refund at no extra cost to you.
