PROCESSING TIME
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
- Standard Delivery: 5-7 business days
- Express Delivery: 2-3 business days (where available)

We currently ship across India. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.

FREE SHIPPING
We offer free standard shipping on all orders above ₹599.

SHIPPING CHARGES
- Orders below ₹599: ₹49 flat shipping fee
- Express shipping: ₹99 (where available)

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
COD is available on orders up to ₹2,000. A nominal COD handling fee of ₹30 may apply.

ORDER TRACKING
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and WhatsApp. You can use this to track your order on our courier partner's website.

DELAYS
Tailsetter is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control. However, if your order is significantly delayed, please contact us at support@tailsetter.com and we will do our best to resolve it.

INCORRECT ADDRESS
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of placing the order. Tailsetter is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
