How to Use

Introduce the carrier at home first — pets who are comfortable inside it before the first trip travel far more calmly.

  1. Unzip the main compartment fully and place the padded mat inside. Leave it open at home for a few days and let your pet explore it with treats before the first outing.
  2. Place your pet inside through the zip opening and clip the internal safety tether to their collar or harness.
  3. Zip the carrier closed and check the bubble dome is locked in place — it should not shift or rotate when gently pressed.
  4. Slip on the padded backpack straps and adjust for a snug, even fit across your back. Use the top handle for short carries like getting in and out of vehicles.
  5. After use, remove the base mat and hand wash. Wipe the ABS shell and bubble dome with a damp cloth — avoid abrasive cleaners that could scratch the dome.
